HAR Weekly Activity Snapshot - Week of 7/6/2021 - 7/12/2021

New listings edged up over Week 26, but remain slightly down compared to the same week in 2020. Could possibly be due to summer travel and vacations. 3,248 properties were entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) compared to 3,301 in Week 27 last year. Week 27 also brought a slight decline to local home sales activity, again most likely due to summer vacations and limited inventory. Closed home sales of homes totaled 2,321 versus 2,358 for the same week in 2020.  [*Source HAR- CLICK HERE FOR FULL REPORT.]
