HOUSTON — (released March 9, 2022) — Despite rising home prices and low inventory, Houston real estate finished February 2022 in positive territory. The Houston Association of Realtors’ (HAR) February 2022 Market Update, single-family home sales jumped 22.9 percent compared to February of 2021.
