HAR Weekly Snapshot - 3/29/2022 - 4/4/2022

Week ending April 4 saw a boost in new listings with 3,001 properties entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS),—the greatest volume of new listings since week 32 of 2021. Closed sales of homes had a 13.5 percent increase totaling 2,758 versus 2,431 in 2021.

New listings are entering the market at a steady rate but buyers are snapping them up just as quick. New listings showed a 7.8 percent decline from the same week of last year. Closings held to positive territory for a second consecutive week—a 12.2 percent increase.

HAR Weekly Snapshot - 3/15/2022 - 3/21/2022

2,332 properties were entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) compared to ew listings totaled 2,717 in Week 11 of 2021. Closings rebounded during the Week 11 with a year-over-year basis of 2,040 versus 1,989 in 2021—a 2.6 percent increase.

HAR Weekly Snapshot - 3/8/2022 - 3/14/2022

New listings did. not gain any traction in Week 10,  ending March 14. 2,492 properties were entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) —a decline of 9.6 percent from the same week in 2021. Closings sloweda decline of 6.6 percent—a decline of 6.6 percent—in Week 10 with homes sales totaling 2,001 versus 2,142 in 2021.

HAR Weekly Snapshot - 3/1/2022 - 3/7/2022

Starting March, Week 9, saw an uptick in new listings but remained statistically flat with 2,774 properties entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) by REALTORS® compared to 2,760 in 2021. Closings were strong, outpacing Week 9 of the same period in 2021—a 15.4 percent increase.
